Technology Lead

As a Technology Lead, you will maintain and create software systems. You will have to decide on the best approaches when a solution is needed and train and help the team developers. You will also have to support the stakeholders and product team when they need a technological feasibility assessment or estimations.

**Responsibilities**
- Hire, manage, and help other developers in the team
- Estimate new features and discuss concerns with the stakeholders
- Design and Architect the new features requested for implementation
- Maintain and improve current infrastructure and projects
- Ensure the quality of the product is high and platforms are stable
- Provide solutions when other members of the team are stuck
- Provide training to ensure the continuous development of the tech team members
- Ensure the maintenance of documentation and wikis
- Improve the technical processes within the company
- Ownership over all technical decisions in the company

**Requirements**:

- Min 8 years experience as a Developer
- Min 3 years experience as a Lead
- Technology agnostic, and able to adapt to the use of multiple technologies
- Experience with technologies used in our tech stack
- Related industry experience
- Experience with building social media features and content management systems

**Salary**: £80,000.00-£95,000.00 per year
