Caledonia Water Alliance is a Joint Venture between AECOM and Morrison Water Services. We support the delivery of Scottish Water's SR21 Capital Investment programme and is responsible for the delivery of a £700M water and wastewater infrastructure programme. This is over a 6-year alliance framework.

As our next Sub Agent, you’ll be instrumental in leading our Operations Team who are responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our water infrastructure and civil engineering projects. Your remit will be to lead and manage the site engineering team, ensuring all sites are compliant with company SHEQ policy and procedure.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be proactive and engage with the Site Manager and General Foreman on a daily basis to progress the site works on programme. You will be responsible for maintaining quality assurance documentation and permits, as well as conducting weekly SHEQ and Temporary Works inspections. Coordination of procurement with the supply chain and managing work fronts in local communities will also fall under your remit.

In this position, you will have the chance to lead a team of engineers and play a crucial role in delivering high-value projects. You can also expect to be dealing with members of the public in a positive and approachable manner.

As a Sub Agent, you are detail-oriented and highly motivated by the challenges of managing complex engineering projects. You will thrive on being proactive and enjoy the opportunity to make a tangible impact in the delivery of our projects. Your remit will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, all aimed at ensuring the successful and safe completion of our infrastructure projects.

The Key Requirements...
- HND/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent practical working experience
- Civil engineering experience including pipelaying, deep excavation, temporary works & streetworks
- Knowledge of relevant H&S Legislation
- NRSWA Supervisor
- SMSTS
