Here at East Coast Garage we are currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor for our Independent BMW & MINI Specialist site that is based in Bonnyrigg.

What is needed to be a Service Advisor:
Previous experience in a similar position.

Excellent Customer Service skills.

Possesses Motor Trade experience.

Able to communicate effectively with customers and other internal departments.

Able to work to tight deadlines.

Can work in a fast-paced and busy environment.

Able to multitask jobs.

Can help drive the business forward and up sell when needed.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
