Barista/all Rounder

Barista required for our Weymouth and Dorchester specialty coffee shops. This is a full time, permanent position. Finca is a local coffee business, with a coffee roastery and four coffee shops serving single origin, specialty grade coffee roasted in Dorchester. We're are looking for someone with excellent customer services skills that can work independently at both shops to deliver amazing coffee to our customers. Full training given.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Weymouth DT4 8EW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
