Our client is a top player in the UK's recycling and waste management industry (heavy engineering), providing sustainable and innovative solutions to their customers. With a diverse range of services and state-of-the-art facilities, they cater to various industries and clients, effectively managing and processing recyclable materials.

**Working hours: 7:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday + one in two Saturdays**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform high-quality welding and fabrication work on a variety of metal materials, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to accurately produce metal components and structures.
- Operate welding equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and assess the quality of finished products to ensure they meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to support the fabrication process and contribute to project success.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator in the heavy engineering or metal fabrication industry preferred
- Proficiency in various welding techniques, such as STICK, MIG and TIG.
- Ability to work with different types of metals, including ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with welding equipment and tools.
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
- Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

**Salary**: £44,500.00-£45,000.00 per year
