We’re looking for a **Plumber/ Surveyor** to join our team in Barnstaple.

Kier Utilities brings the built environment to life, keeping people and businesses connected. In this role you will be working on our South West Water contract, where we work on repairs and maintenance services to provide reliable, efficient, and high-quality drinking water and wastewater services.

**Responsibilities**

As Plumber/ Surveyor, you’ll be based from the Barnstaple depot working to a schedule of appointments. Ensuring safety of site, self and colleagues, quality of work and production. With a focus on accurate detail and installing of internal meters on the clean water network.

Your day to day will include:

- Carry out and complete internal meter exchanges and new installs.
- Undertaking metering surveys and external meter exchanges
- Ensure wastage of materials is kept to a minimum
- Ensure work is carried out to specification and defect free

- EUSR Water Hygiene & NRSWA Operative tickets
- Cat & Genny Trained
- A Full Driving Licence
