**About the job**
Lumera Ltd is the UK branch of Lumera, an industry leader in InsurTech with Clients worldwide. The Business Operations Executive is responsible for the Business Operations of the UK branch and assists management in all aspects of the business including:
- **Projects**
The Business Operations Executive is responsible for the administration of software development and support projects. This means working with the developers to plan projects, divide up tasks and manage the workload. This is in addition to working on management as sales projects.
- **Financial**
Maintaining financial records, paying for bills and making financial reports.
- **People**
The operations team look after employees here in the UK making sure all HR concerns and functions are running smoothly along with new recruitment and upskilling.
- **Office**
Making sure the working environment, virtual and physical, is the best it can be for the company and the employees. This includes managing the office, and the virtual working environment
**Who are you?**
The role requires you to be flexible and a quick learner, and to have the ability to juggle several different tasks at once. The Business Operations Executive is given as much responsibility as they can take on and it is therefore the perfect role for aspiring entrepreneurs, managers and business people. This flexibility also means the role can be adapted to your strengths as they can assist management in the areas that they are most able. The Business Operations Executive will be working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Delivery Officer with an opportunity to learn about all aspects of a software business.
