Are you a Mechanical Engineer with a passion for solving problems?

Would you like to make an impact on some of the biggest challenges within the Water sector?

Blueprint Recruitment are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a global consultant within their water engineering team on an initial 6 month contract. You will not only provide expertise but also develop engineering solutions across industriessuch as Maritime, Coastal, Industrial and Water.

Due to the nature of the company, Client's can be worldwide which allows you the opportunity to gain unique skills and knowledge.

The client has offices based UK wide, and offer work on hybrid basis with 2 days in the office.

Main office locations include:

- Manchester
- Chester
- Leeds
- Newcastle
- London

Responsibilities of role
- Contribute to design and delivery of projects within a team environment.
- Manage a variety projects across different environments.
- Support technical and commercial delivery of projects across range of environments.
- Manage technicians within team and provide expertise and support to junior staff.

Key Requirements
- Degree in relevant discipline i.e. BEng Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-10 years' experience within the Water or relevant industry.
- Knowledge on the following would be beneficial: Process plants, Pumping Systems,
Clean and waste water systems, Pipework design and analysis. and Rotating Equipment.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills to utilise for clients and co
- workers.
