**About the role**
- To be a qualified Teacher or willing to work towards.
- To hold a hold a relevant qualification.
- GCSEs at Level 4/Grade C or above in English and Maths, or equivalent.
- Personal commitment to keeping your professional knowledge up to date and improving your capabilities.
- Current experience and / or knowledge of one or more fields of Beauty Therapy.
- Relevant experience in a teaching position in Further Education or Secondary Education or within a professional environment - desirable.
- Knowledge of career opportunities for 16 - 18 and 19+ students in Beauty Therapy
- Current knowledge of potential issues in Beauty Therapy that may impact on curriculum delivery.
- Evidence of disseminating good practice effectively.
- The ability to deal promptly and effectively with inappropriate behaviour in the classroom.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
