The provision are looking for a Psychology graduate to join them as an ABA Mental Health Support Assistant

At this autistic specialist provision in Didcot, each student has a primary diagnosis of Autism, and due to vulnerability of this, they often have a significant secondary diagnosis of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and in the moresevere cases where there have been physical and sexual abuse, PTSD.

To meet the complexity of the needs presented at the Specialist Provision, there is a diverse range of support at the school; with a dedicated Occupational Therapy Suite and Occupational Therapist on site, a Speech + Language Therapist on site, CreativeTherapies such as Art Therapy + Drama Therapy, and lastly, a dedicated Clinical Psychologist.

As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will support an Autistic child 1:1 across these disciplines, gaining valuable experience shadowing these professionals across the mental health industry, as well as assisting in the delivery of these therapies. TheHead of this Provision has stressed that for each of these disciplines their aim is to have at least one SEN LSA training on the pathways through their extensive training programmes.

- **Psychology Graduate (ideally 2:1 or above).**:
