Self Employed - Domestic Cleaning Operative (Team of Two)

Working for a long standing and well-respected domestic cleaning service company. The areas we cover are Henley, Oxford, Reading and all villages/small towns in between. You would be required to work in various types of houses of all sizes. All our customers are individual in their requirements and standards and we expect you to keep a high and consistent service throughout.
- Start-up cleaning kit & company T-Shirts with Logo.
- All wages paid fortnightly - whether customer pays or not. Team earns 65% of all jobs billed in a day.
- All customers already on-board with The Maids, regular and one-off appointments.
- Self-Employment support with setup, tax returns etc & liability insurance.
- Mobile App to see all appointment details, notes and sat nav directions.
- All cash & chqs collected fortnightly and banked ready for fortnightly wage payments to be made.

What we are looking for:

- Hard-working and committed cleaners.
- Reliable and a genuine 'get the job done' attitude.
- Attention to detail and care about the customers requirments.
- Exceptional time keeping.
- Honest, positive & helpful.
- PL Insurance to cover you whilst working in customer homes - this will cost a maximum of £12 per month with Simply Business.
- You don't like working
- Live within an 8 mile radius of Henley & surrounding villages
- Require your earnings to paid into any other account other than that in your name
- Not a good time keeper

Part/Full Time Hrs: 45 per week (possibility of weekend work)

Full time earnings in excess of £450.00 per week

**Salary**: £455.00-£570.00 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
All touch points to be cleaned in homes. Masks to be warn where requested and all windows to be opened to ensure full ventilation. You will be asked if you have had any of the vaccines - although this is not a requirement for this role.
