This is an exciting opportunity for a dental receptionist to join our expanding front of house team at our dental practice in Houghton-Le-Spring.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing outstanding customer service for patients
- Booking appointments and taking payments
- Talking to patients about dental treatments
- General administrative tasks associated with a busy reception

Essential Experience:

- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, customer focused environment
- Excellent computer skills
- Multi task and excellent organisation skills

Personal qualities:

- Caring, honest and responsible
- Highly motivated and pro active attitude
- Professional attitude

Previous dental reception experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
