**Position**: Learning Mentor **Location**: Manchester **Working Hours**: 0830 - 1530 **Pay**: £96-£135 per day **Start Date**: Immediate

We are a dedicated SEMH school in Rochdale, committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment for our students. Our team of educators and support staff work collaboratively to help students overcome their challenges, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.

**Role Overview**:
As a Learning Mentor, you will play a vital role in our students' educational journey. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with SEMH needs.
- Building positive relationships with students, fostering trust and rapport.
- Delivering tailored interventions to address individual needs.
- Promoting positive behavior and emotional well-being.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff to create a supportive learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with students with SEMH needs or challenging behavior.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed.
- The ability to adapt and respond to the unique needs of each student.
- A proactive and positive attitude toward problem-solving.
