October: 1, 15, 29

**Rate & Hours**:
£35 per hour/09:30am-18:00pm weekdays, 10:00am-17:00pm weekend

**Our Requirements**:

- The Pharmacist must be GPhC Registered.
- MUR & NMS Accredited.
