**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
NWCare are recruiting for community care staff for put to bed rotas in Enniskillen. The rotas commence at 19:00 and finish at 23:00.

Full bespoke training is provided by NWCare. No qualifications or experience are required.

We run a 4/3 rota pattern - week 1 Mon, Tues, Sat and Sun and week 2 Wed, Thurs and Fri.

**ESSENTIAL**:

- Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
- Great communication skills
- Able to promote and deliver person centered care
- Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
- Be well organised/professional/caring
- Interested in working in the community within Health & Social Care
- Care about the community they live in

**DESIRABLE**:
QCF level 3 in H & SC
