Our automotive client is a growing business in the vehicle leasing industry and are looking for a Trainee Car Leasing Executive who wants to join a forever growing, fun environment and make impact by being a part of our new business team.
Motor Trade experience is not required for this Trainee Car Leasing Executive role. Within this Trainee Car Leasing Executive role, you will be provided with a training manual consisting of 3 stages, enabling you to build the foundations required to developthrough the company.
Starting as a Trainee Sales Executive, where you will be at the forefront of bringing in new business, you will develop into one of our experienced Account Managers, where you will manage a portfolio of existing customers. No cold calling required, all enquiries generatedfrom marketing.
**The Successful Trainee Car Leasing Executive will be**:

- Someone who becomes a great sales person is someone who is adaptable, hard working and approachable.
- It is very important you are able to communicate well and build rapport with ease.
- From the outset you will need to have a hunger to be successful, be willing to learn the car leasing industry and progress through your own personal development programme.
- You must have good listening skills from day one, as this will enable you to take on board any feedback given as well.

**The Trainee Car Leasing Executive Role Package**:
You will have a basic wage + commission which is paid on every vehicle you sell. Included within the package is a retainer of at least minimum wage which ensures that you are always earning whilst learning.
You will be provided with the best sales training available to you from day 1 with lots of on-going support, therefore we ensure that all our OTEs are realistic and are in line with what our current employees earn.
Our Clients' experienced Account Managers have a realistic OTE of £38,000 - £45,000. If you have 6-12 months automotive sales experience, brilliant, we’d love to hear from you
However, as this is a trainee position within the Company it wouldn't suit someone with a number of years sales experience from within the motor trade.
