The Company is working alongside some of the world’s most well-loved and well known music, festival, destination as well as international brands and are looking for someone with a strong background in sales to join the team.

The Senior New Business Manager role can be based anywhere in the UK, however London or Manchester are preferred.

**The Role**

The Senior New Business Manager will be responsible for ensuring business is coming into the company keeping all three departments (strategy, paid media, & campaigns) busy and selling a brand new software (SaaS) to our clients to help with the festival bookeeping.The role will work closely with the Commercial Director and the MD in bringing in event, festival and destination clients around the world.

The role will direct, strategise and implement sales initiatives to generate leads, and work along heads of departments to close them. Responsible for creating proposals and pitching them alongside department heads, the role will will be required to understand(and will receive training on) the three departments within the agency, as well as the products which sit in each.

The Senior New Business Manager will manage and progress the new business system which combines company marketing, outbounding and the sales process (full training will be provided on this).

Proactive and able to push forward ideas and implementation without micro-management, we’re looking for someone with ideas and the confidence to grow from this role to the Head-of the department in a short period of time.

The purpose of this role is three-fold:
- Driving sales of the agency products and services to event owners around the world.
- Generating leads from new business techniques.
- Developing the company marketing system.
Working from the office in Manchester (or from home, based in London) and reporting directly into the Account Director, the Senior New Business Manager will have the support of an apprentice, as well as wider teams including marketing, creative, and paidmedia.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for a positive, energetic, ambitious, proven sales manager, with event or music industry experience.
- At least 3 years as a sales or new business manager;
- You’ll need to be able to lead and inspire others within the company, clients, and other external partners;
- Proven to be commercially minded;
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively;
- Confidence to take charge and direct;
- Being able to evaluate & direct creative work offering constructive & decisive feedback;
- Knowledgeable and passionate about events and festivals;
- A deep understanding of sales and new business in order to produce high quality leads and convert them;
- Ideal but not compulsory: a network of event and music contacts already in place

**Location: Remote** (The main Head Office location is in Manchester. This role can be based from anywhere in the UK).

**Salary:£40,000 - £50,000 + Bonuses of £20,000+**
