The Sales Administrator is office based 5 days a week. The office is very close to Kew tube station.

**ROLE of the Sales Administrator**:

- Updating the CRM systems and supporting with database management
- Running reports
- Assisting the Sales Director with copywriting, sales presentations for customers
- Assisting with sales admin processes involved with their online MSc Programme
- Advising clients on software’s, identifying areas where to add value and helping incoming quotes from prospective customers
- Checking data accuracy for incoming purchase orders and contact clients to obtain missing information
- Assisting in managing the renewal and tracking of customer maintenance support agreements
- Liaising with delivery company to ensure timely pick up and deliveries
- Effectively chase invoices and recover unpaid debt from clients
- Communicating important feedback from customers internally
- Staying up-to-date with new products and features

**PROFILE of the Sales Administrator**:

- Fluent French and English with strong communication skills
- Ideally graduate
- First experience as a sales administrator, or sales coordinator, or administrative assistant
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- CRM experience will be a plus

**SALARY**:

- £25k/y negotiable according to skills and experience
- 22 days holidays + day off on your birthday
