**The role**

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic International Recruitment Officer to join the team and make a difference to Ravensbourne’s global student recruitment targets.

The role sits within the Student Recruitment & Engagement team who are responsible for meeting and exceeding student recruitment targets for FE, UG and PG.

The role includes planning and delivery of recruitment events across the world, both virtually and in-person. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is an important part of the role, including maintaining strong ties with overseas recruitment agents and school counsellors. The postholder will also be the lead for enquiry management within the international team.

The team play a key part in the delivery of open events such as open days, open studios, discovery days and conversion events, both in person and online.

Working closely with the wider recruitment team, and with colleagues in Marketing and Admissions, the postholder will input into the planning, delivery and evaluation of recruitment and conversion activities, aiming to work together to continually improve and develop them.

***This post is customer service based and involves in person activity at fairs, events, schools and colleges internationally and across the UK. As a university we are currently working to a hybrid model, giving staff the opportunity to work remotely where appropriate.
