**The Company**:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sample Cutter with a ladies wear background to join an established supplier of high end retailers. Graduates welcome

**The Role**:

- Working on ladies high end products
- Accurately cutting out samples.
- Measuring and checking samples for production.
- Working alongside Designers, Pattern Cutters, Garment Technologists etc.
- Attending fit meetings and liaising with clients.
- Amendments and costings.
- Completing spec sheets, design packs and range develop.
- Cost engineering.

**Skills Required**:

- Must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Sample Cutter
- Must have worked with ladies multi products (dresses, jumpsuits, blouses, skirts etc) including jersey and wovens.
- Ability to manually create/cut patterns.
- Competent at detailed sample cutting to production level.
- Good commercial awareness and knowledge of garment construction.
- Understanding of how to make patterns mass production friendly.
- Knowledge of costing and fabric consumption.
- Proven ability to work successfully within a team to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
