Your job would be to drive our welfare ambulance, accompanied by a transport attendant and bring people from their home safely into our day centre. Whilst with us you would work with the team to give individuals opportunities to enjoy numerous activities, you would also learn how to support people in line with their care needs and follow a support plan. At the end of the day, we take people back to their homes. We work Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm We are closed weekends and bank holiday.

After an initial induction training course, which includes First Aid, Food Safety, Moving and Handling, you will be encouraged to complete Mandatory training courses and additional relevant courses.

There is the opportunity for personal development and growth in areas that you may have never thought of previously, like following a Dementia training pathway.

You will work with the link worker to ensure that the individual get the best out of their time with us.

You must hold a clean driving licence and have a D1 on that licence.

You must be patient and kind and be willing to follow policies and procedures, also local managerial direction.

You will meet some wonderful people and feel really fulfilled in such a worthwhile job. Come join us
