**Who we’re looking for**

Turning our empty homes around quickly and efficiently is key to our business, so we’re looking for a Voids and Lettings Advisor to deliver a high-quality, efficient service. You’ll help us let homes our customers can be proud of, whether you’re nominating homes to our council partners, working with our in-house repairs team to agree what work’s needed, or tracking work so homes meet our standards. Your tenacity and ability to manage end-to-end processes will be vital in maximising income and improving the customer experience.

You’ll have experience of making improvements to a service, working collaboratively in a team that delivers super service. Working independently, your proactive approach and expert knowledge will help you deliver tight deadlines. This role is challenging, and critical for helping achieve several operational targets. You’ll have experience in a similar role, with an eye for detail and an understanding of building maintenance & basic repairs, managing contractors, gas and electrical safety, and quality control. Above all, you’ll relish a challenge, with a passion to do things right first time, and make a real difference.

The successful applicant will need to have a DBS check at an Enhanced level, and the ability to travel between sites.
