Neos Global Search is partnering with one of the most ambitious, high-growth tech firms in the North with a strategic hire at Group level in the firm of a calibre FP&A Analyst

Having gone though a PE investment and a number of acquisitions, the company is now building the capability of its Senior Leadership Team with the acquisition of a calibre Financial operations Snr Manager to drive operational finance capability.

This role will offer significant exposure to divisional directors as well as the Group CFO.
- Act as 'pointperson' for divisional finance teams during planning processes and controlling information flows;
- Partner with the Finance Senior Leadership Team to identify and understand current and future reporting/analysis needs for each divisional finance team, and developing templates to meet each business’ requirements;
- Stitch together and consolidate divisional budgets and forecasts and drive continuous improvement of accuracy and commercial outcomes
- Integrating acquired businesses into the existing budget and forecasting process
- Support Group CFO on other ad-hoc projects

Experience required:

- Strong excel skills, preferably advance level
- Experience of working within a fast-paced entrepreneurial business
- ACA, CIMA, ACCA qualified, or calibre QBE

Note this is not a remote role
