**Work as a one-to-one tutor with young people who are outside of mainstream school**
If you're wanting to use your SEN/SEND and SEMH needs experience to transform the lives of young people then you're in the right place.
Working in young people's homes or relaxed public places, our Education Specialists plan and deliver bespoke learning programmes designed around their students' needs and interests. Your placements help ready our students to reintegrate back into school and inspire hope for a future.
**Work with us because**
- You decide your availability and work for 2 to 5 days per week
- You're matched to students based on your experience
- Sessions last 3 to 5 hours in length and there's great work-life balance
- The days and times remain consistent over the 6 to 12 week placement

**You'll need**
- Minimum of 2 years' experience of teaching children who have multiple barriers to learning
- Experience of working with different SEND including Autism/ASD, ADHD and more
- A proven track record of delivering Maths & English at Primary and Secondary levels
- Understanding of challenging behaviour and trauma
- Robust understanding and experience of safeguarding young people

**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £15.00-£30.00 per hour
