**About the role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate person to join our team recruiting participants for research across the UK. You will join a vibrant team who already recruit for some of the UKs top organisations across the public and private sector.

Your day-to-day...
- Attending client calls to discuss and capture requirements
- Issue screener surveys
- Facilitate research sessions between client and participant

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for someone who can
- Attend client calls to discuss and capture requirements.
- Create recruitment screener surveys.
- Analyse respondents’ answers and shortlist the most suitable participants.
- Coordinating participants to attend remote or on-site research.
- Invite participants to sessions, ensuring all essential details and directions are included.
- Ensure that participants confirm their session and liaise with them beforehand, including sending reminder text messages.
- Create and send final schedule to client.
- Manage participants on research days (greet participants, contact late participants, provide directions where necessary, adjust schedule where possible to avoid dropouts, and replace dropouts with others who have suitable criteria)
- Inform clients and participants of any changes to the schedule
- Maintain participant database and project history; record used participants, and rate or remove participants if necessary.
- Request feedback /reviews from clients & participants
- Ensure prompt payment of incentives.
- Assist with building the participant database by distributing flyers, through social media or direct outreach.

**Requirements**:

- Attention to detail
- Self starter
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer literate with Microsoft office experience
- Data verification and validation experience

It would also be beneficial, but not essential to be/have
- Previous Participant Recruitment experience
- MRS certification
- Experience using Brevo CRM
- Experience using Microsoft Forms
- Experience using Survey Monkey
- Experience using Ayda - participant payment system
