Procurement Compliance Coordinator

This exciting new opportunity has been created to ensure the quality of compliance with a focus on Environmental, Social and Governance and aspects of suppliers standards within the global procurement function are met.

Reporting to the Global Head of Supplier, in this role you will be working within a larger global procurement team ensuring that all compliance documents are submitted from suppliers meeting requirements.

In this position, you will be responsible for co-ordinating activities in our responsible sourcing initiatives, including using software to administrate periodic ESG self-assessments, annual conflict minerals campaigns, and collating supplier declarations. A key monthly responsibility will involve utilising a specialised software tool to verify that our suppliers comply with international sanctions law. You will annually update our global supplier ESG risk assessment and help with supply chain scope 3 CO2 emissions reporting.

This role would suit an individual who is motivated and passionate about ESG principles, sustainable procurement and compliance, with a willingness to travel and visit suppliers.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Have experience of working in a procurement, supply chain management, or a related field
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude, willing to take on administrative tasks as part of a larger responsibility within the ESG framework
- Is able to collect, interpret and report data using PowerBi
- Work to a high level of data input accuracy
- Has the ability to work independently or part of a wider team
- Is a strong multitasker who is good at executing tasks
