NYES Digital are proud to have been providing a one stop location for all our education and commercial customers within ICT for the last 29 years, a in range of locations throughout the North of England. As an organisation we pride ourselves on our staffs focus, determination and drive to deliver the best possible service and support to our customers.

At present we have over 55 staff based in various locations throughout the North and are now looking to add an Operation Team Leader to cover maternity leave, to our already dedicated team. This role’s is to cover a maternity leave for a period of 12 months. The role is pivotal to the smooth running of our MIS team. The team are responsible for the delivery of support and training in all aspects of School Management Systems (MIS) to schools throughout North Yorkshire and further afield. As a service we support ESS SIMS, Integris, Bromcom, ScholarPack, Arbor, and Parent Pay. To be considered you must feel confident in the management of a small but professional team on a day to day basis. You will also be required to provide operational support to the wider service and will be expected to manage and deliver products on time and on budget. Along with this you will be required to provide training to customers and colleagues.
