**Practice Development Facilitator**
**Location**:Craigmillar, Edinburgh
**Salary**: £34,490 per annum (Plus generous benefits package, including a £500 welcome payment)
**Hours**:39 hours per week
Our clients self-organised teams support individuals, families and communities to maximise their potential and achieve the best possible quality of life.
**The Role**
You will model work practices consistent with a common set of person-centred behaviours and work with teams to develop and embed effective person-centred support practices. Alongside a team coach you will support teams to work autonomously and make decisionswithin a clear framework of accountability.
The work you do to support teams will result in people with disabilities achieving the things that matter most to them in their lives.
**Qualifications/Skills**
You will be skilled in question driven coaching approaches, designing person-centred support strategies and have experience of supporting teams to build capacity to work autonomously.
