**About The Delta Group**
The Delta Group is a successful marketing organisation that runs its operations on a set of systems known as Workstream. These systems are managed and developed by a Product Management team whose role has aspects of service delivery, product enhancement, usersupport, client liaison and data management. The company provides services to well known retailers, brands and film & entertainment companies.

**Role Overview**
The Workstream Implementation Manager is a senior member of the Product Management team, responsible for client implementations, data configuration, requirements specification, development testing, and product changes. The role demands an excellent understandingof business processes and architecture and ability to match user needs to system functionality.
The Workstream Implementation Manager will have a pro-active approach to issue resolution, good inter-personal skills, well-practiced in Excel and data analysis, able to visualise, outline and share reports, clear in specifying system enhancements and testingdeliverables, acting as a Bridge between business users and developers. The role is not technical, but a good grasp of databases, interfaces, and automated services will be necessary.

From a service perspective the person will deal with internal and external customers directly, and they must be able to represent the business, demonstrate the solution, and offer support to users. The role is often client facing, both existing and new clients.From a product perspective the person will seek to enhance and develop the platform, making it more efficient, useable and evolving to meet client needs. Planning, transformation, and new system implementation are part of the skill set.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Knowledge of marketing, agency work, the print industry, warehousing, logistics, martech would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of SQL Server, Excel, Power BI, SSRS, and other reporting tools
- Team management, coaching & mentoring
- Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to liaise and adapt requirements to client needs
- Ability to work on several concurrent projects
- Good project management and organisational skills with the ability to plan implementation and manage a diverse work load
- Developing, documenting and managing scope, plans, deliverables, milestones, KPIs, status reporting and commercial information
- Managing, mitigating and executing remedial action for risks and issues.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships and to sustain confidence with customers and other colleagues.
- Action oriented and a collaborative team player.
- Must be able to work effectively at all levels, with the gravitas, charisma and knowledge to be credible in all business situations.

The role can be home based, with days in the main office (Waltham Cross, London) and occasional client site visits.
