RFT Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join a successful recruitment firm with office based in Exeter specialising in Catering and Hospitality, Engieneering and Industrial recruitment

It's a permanent role with implemented hybrid working mode, available immediately (full or part time)

**Client**:
They are providing employers and job seekers with the benefits associated with local business knowledge and a wealth of recruitment experience. They have smart/ casual approach at work and are looking for someone who wants to grow within a business and eventually become a division head.

**Key Responsibilities of the role**:

- You will have responsibility for the recruitment lifecycle of roles you’ve sourced or been allocated from your client base.
- Business development
- Present progress reports to your line manager regularly.
- Research the market within which we operate and make recommendations regarding the recruitment process and techniques we can adopt to better the business.
- Advertising roles through our advert posting channels.
- Evaluate applicants by discussing roles, understanding their needs in details as well as screening the applicant's qualifications.
- Advise and educate clients on current market trends.

**Requirements**:

- A competitive nature and a strong background in business development are a must
- Driving licence/ own transport
- The ability to set out weekly, monthly and annual targets.
- Experience in meeting and beating targets
- Proven track record of developing business with new and existing clients
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Self-motivated
- A desire to achieve success and build out a successful team
- A competitive nature and a strong background in business development are a must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
