We work with higher and further education institutions to empower students throughout the interview process, from getting interview ready, providing insight into what it’s like to work with specific employers, to ultimately making the whole process more transparent.
Shortlist.Me is launching into an exciting period of growth both nationally and internationally, and we are looking for an individual to lead our marketing activities. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive who is used to dealing with the excitement and challenges of a growing business. This role will involve working closely with senior stakeholders, understanding the strategy, then bringing this to life through innovative marketing campaigns that deliver results.
You will be a digitally led marketing expert, who enjoys getting into the numbers, analysing data, and looking at previous performance to drive improvements across all activities. We have support for creative and content generation and would welcome individuals with campaign management and lead acquisition experience.

What will you be doing?

**The Role**:

- You will translate the business strategy into a workable marketing plan that will be well thought out with clear KPI’s
- Be hands on with execution of campaign activity with the support of creative and copy where needed
- Take ownership of all marketing activities and management of resources accordingly, with the support of the senior leadership team
- Whilst this role acquisition focused, we are looking for a mix of brand awareness campaigns along with promotional activity to drive new customer enquiries
- Liaise with other commercial functions to understand the needs of the business and balance the activities of customer support and acquisition, depending on focus required.

- A driven and confident individual who is motivated drive for success and improved outcomes
- A numbers first marketer who enjoys digging into data
- Any experience of the education sector would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite for success
- Autonomous individual who can work with senior stakeholders and bring the marketing plan to life.
