Are you a talented Credit Hire Fee Earner or Solicitor seeking a new challenge? Join our Personal Injury/Credit Hire department and become an integral part of our dynamic team As a Lexcel accredited, full-service law firm, we are renowned for delivering high-value work and providing clients with exceptional experiences.

Job Purpose:

- Manage a live caseload of credit hire files, ensuring efficient progression.
- Work independently while also fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Utilize Case Management Systems to track and manage case progress effectively.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
- Essential experience with the OIC/MOJ Portal.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

- A technically strong fee earner/solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Extensive experience in handling credit hire matters, both pre and post-litigation.
- Demonstrate excellent client care through regular communication.
- Ability to manage relationships and agreements with third parties effectively.
- Proven track record of independently managing a caseload.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and research skills.
- Proficient in drafting and negotiating.
- Commitment to professional growth and delivering exceptional client service.

**Salary**: £21,000-£35,000
