Trainee Gardener

Long Acres Gardens are seeking a trainee gardener to help maintain our customer's border's and plants. We can offer you our own training, similar to an apprenticeship, learning within a small team in large private gardens. You would learn all aspects of garden maintenance, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, planting, topiary, pruning and border development. This position may also suit someone studying horticulture at college who would like to work in conjunction with their course and this could lead to full time employment in the future. Normal working hours are 7.40am to 4.15pm Monday to Friday.
