The Coach will be responsible for developing, maintaining & promoting quality care in new and developing communities. They will support the Carer Members, Care Receivers, their families and Advocates in the areas of the business outlined below. They will work towards a set of shared values and goals determined by all community members. They may be involved in refresher and induction training if qualified to do so.

Main Responsibilities
- To assist/mentorCarer Members as required by current legislation.
- To work with all Carer Members to ensure that they have training required to deliver safe and quality care.
- To liaise and assist the Area Mentor with the establishment of new communities.
- To ensure all members are familiar with the APP/platform and its use.
- To act as a Brand Ambassador and help the Area Mentor to promote the service.
- Work within your designated communities and with the Membership Experience Team to grow hours and onboard carers.
- Work closely with the Membership Experience Team to onboard new Carer Members. build hours of care.
- To monitor quality and act as a facilitator for Care Receivers and their Advocates.
- To deal professionally and promptly at all times with Care Hub members and Community carers. To enable teams to adhere to all policies and procedures whilst completing care calls.

**Assisting with new and/or developing Communities tasks**

You will be monitoring Carer Members’ delivery to ensure that they understand their duty to attend, where required, any Care Receiver review meetings, general meetings and supervisions (member and LA meetings).

You will be in contact with Care Receivers and their Advocates and be a point of contact to assist with queries and challenges they may experience.

You will also be expected to act as an ambassador for CareMatch operating professionally, responsibly and reliably at all times.

**General Care Duties and other Responsibilities**
- You will be required to have a flexible approach to your role - You may be required to cover periods of sickness, holidays and training and to assist with covering calls which may sometimes be outside your availability.
- To facilitate quality Risk Assessments and Care Plans in line with Care Receiver requirements.
- To facilitate the changeover of Live-in carers for your area and the induction of care staff when required.
- To assess the feedback that Carer Members receive.
- Adhere to all requirements set by CareMatch standards.
