The firm's key successes include salesof **SMEs**, running transactions ranging from deal sizes which can extend from £1 million to £30 million typically. They are looking to take on well-versed and natural leaders to deal with managing teams and corporate/commercial law for privatecompanies and their investors. The firm is building their consultancy practice, so are willing to take on both consultants and salaried associates, full time and part time.

**The Role**
- Drafting corporate documentation for matters such as MBOs, de-mergers, reorgs
- SPA drafting and negotiation
- Drafting contracts
- Actively seeking business development opportunities
- Supervision of junior lawyers
- Basic salary depends upon experience.
- Bonus based on chargeable hours and overall contribution to the firm.
- 5% non-contributory pension
- 24 days holiday plus bank holidays plus Christmas and New Year’s Eve
- Other benefits
