Due to continued growth, we have a Warranty Administrator role available to join a thriving business who are one of the UK’s leading manufacturers in their industry.

We are keen to speak with strong administrators who have good computer skills, will be a confident team member with proven admin or customer service experience, and excellent communication skills being confident speaking with people both face to face and over the phone.

The role will include but is not limited to:

- Answering the telephone and directing calls to the correct department
- Greet any visitors and provide hot/cold drinks for them if required
- Deal with warranty claims at all levels including follow up with other dealers or third parties
- Handling complaints effectively
- Process quotations and chargeable requests including ordering parts
- Keep internal systems up to date with ongoing warranty work from engineers
- Input equipment data from works orders onto system once the product has been despatched
- Advise customers when products are ready for collection and arrange transporter bookings
- Ongoing learning and development

This will be working Monday to Friday 37 hours per week earning a salary up to £22,000 depending on experience.
