**EXCITING OPPORTUNITY**

Sheridan Ward are delighted to tell you all that we are working with our client based in Park Royal to help them find a Supply chain administrator You would be placing and monitoring all orders into the company’s warehouses, ensuring they are receivedin a timely manner without issues and maintaining supplier delivery information on to their systems.

**Main Duties**:

- Place purchase orders
- Ensure stock levels of range items are managed.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual stock targets
- Minimise the amount of overstock and slow-moving stock
- Raise any claims on loads that are lost or damaged in transit
- Maintain and build relationships with suppliers
- Check and authorise all invoices for goods and services
- Weekly issue of a report on outstanding orders
