We're seeking an ambitious Business Engagement Officer responsible for connecting long-term unemployed customers with meaningful employment opportunities, aligning with our vision. Your proactive focus, passion for learning, and strong relationships with employers will help our customers embark on their journey to success.

**Location: South London & Surrey**

**YOUR IMPACT**:

- Drive commercial growth of the business by proactively and effectively reaching out to employers.
- Actively source employers through leads and cold calls.
- Understand various sectors, especially entry-level employment industries (hospitality, retail etc).
- Cultivate and strengthen employer relationships through effective communication.
- Collaborate with Employment Advisors to promote employment opportunities for customers.
- Network and promote our services at stakeholder events.
