Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Coordinator to join our friendly team in our new Highcliffe office. As the Lettings Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the lettings process, from carrying out viewings and negotiating new lets to co-ordinating and overseeing the move-ins. This is a key role within our organisation, requiring excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as strong administrative abilities. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire lettings process, including marketing available properties, conducting viewings, and negotiating tenancy agreements
- Screen potential tenants by conducting background checks
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing the lettings process
- Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Photography and photoshop skills but training can be provided
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and data management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
