Trainee Beautician

Resources North East (1st Degree Hair and Beauty Training Academy) are working closely with numerous companies in the north east who are looking to hire trainee Beauticians. The successful applicant will need to be keen, reliable and hardworking to succeed. No previous experience is required.
The role of a Beautician involves the following duties:

- waxing services (legs, underarms, face and bikini line)
- hand and nail treatments
- foot treatments
- facial skin care treatments
- eyelash and eyebrow treatments
- basic massage treatments (back, neck and shoulder)
- Additional skills which may benefit anyone considering a job as a Hairdresser include:

- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and peers
- Interest of current fashion and trends

Our clients are a based across the North East and are looking to take on Trainee Beauticians to progress onto a Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard in Beauty Therapy. Training is delivered at our Newcastle city centre salon.
