**HR Administrator - Tipton**

Reed Education is supporting a large secondary school based in Tipton that is looking to appoint a HR Administrator to begin as soon as possible

The school based in Tipton, cares deeply for the education, safety and the personal development of all its students. Some of the day-to-day duties will include; management of staff attendance including cover for absences, co-ordination of the school’s leave of absence scheme, management of all the recruitment process and ensuring completion of the school workforce census,termly.
- Experience of working in HR, preferably in a school environment
- Possess strong knowledge of HR best practice, processes, and employment law.
- Be able to demonstrate expertise of employee relations and HR processes including recruitment training, induction, employment contracts etc.
- Have strong communication and inter-personal skills and be able to influence, motivate and negotiate with other stakeholders.
- Be confident, flexible and a strong team player.
- Good ICT skills and strong administrative and organisational skills
- Understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Have an enhanced child workforce DBS on the update service or be willing to pay £38 for a new check to be done.
