**Technical Support Advisor**

Due to expansion, I am working in partnership with a prestigious client who are looking to recruit for an experienced **Technical Support Advisor **to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a unique opportunity to join a company who values its employees and offers excellent progression opportunities alongside competitive rates of pay.

**Previous experience in a similar role is a must.** I am looking for an individual who is experienced within a similar role, somebody who is self-motivated and ambitious.

**Hybrid/Remote is not available.**

**About the role**:

- Salary up to £23,000 per annum - salary is dependent on experience
- **Monday to Friday - No Weekends**

**About the role**:

- Proactively contact potential or existing customers, ask questions to understand customer requirements
- Develop professional relationships to determine customer's needs and expectations
- Educate customers about features and benefits of product to improve brand loyalty and up-sell opportunities
- Provide complete problem resolution for issues received through customers
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Work on other ad-hoc duties

**About you**:

- Previous experience of working in a **Technical Support Advisor / Customer Advisor / Customer Service / Call Centre / Help Desk** setting
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Problem Solving Abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- A willingness to learn and succeed.
- A desire to improve and develop.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products, especially Word & Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £23,000.00 per year
