This role will be to assist in the provision of an efficient, responsive, flexible and effective Estates Maintenance service to the Maidstone Hospital site as part of the Estates Department team.
**The shift pattern is - 2 x 12Hr Days, 2 x 12Hr Nights then 4 days off.**
You will work with mínimal supervision, providing maintenance, repairs and replacement services as necessary to the Plumbing System, Drainage including Macerators. And the willingness to learn and attended to other trade issues such as Locks, Nurse Call systems, Fire alarm activations.
You will undertake both reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmed to help prolong the life expectancy of the Plumbing drainage and ward macerators.
Recording work carried out via a software package.
