Stores & Purchasing Coordinator required. Our client is a well-established and growing provider of equipment and services for the Construction and Rail Plant industries, based in the Alfreton area.

They are seeking a Stores / Purchasing Coordinator to join the team, and be responsible for ordering and managing parts, stock control, arranging packaging and despatch of products.

**Stores & Purchasing CoordinatorPosition Overview**
- Raising job numbers for equipment, goods and parts required by plant fitters and managers
- Raising purchase orders for goods
- Sourcing quotations from suppliers and sourcing the most cost effective and suitable solutions
- Arranging the calibration of tools
- Managing the timescale of incoming deliveries
- Maintaining a digital records of good ordered and received

**Stores & Purchasing CoordinatorPosition Requirements**
- Previous experience within a similar role, or previous plant fitting background
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Previous experience within a Construction or Rail Plant industry
- Fork Lift Truck license is desirable
- Based in a commutable distance of Alfreton
- Good communication skills

**Stores & Purchasing CoordinatorPosition Remuneration**
- Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
- Hours 07:30am - 16:30am Monday to Friday
- 23 days holidays plus 8 statutory Bank Holidays
- Death in service benefit (after 12 months continuous service)
