**Our commis chefs ideally have**:

- passionate about delivering great service and great food and drinks.
- Have two years' experience as a commis chef in a 4- or 5-star hotel or restaurant.
- Have experience working in all sections of the kitchen.
- are willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team.

**What we offer**

**We are committed to offering and providing a competitive salary and a wide range of benefits to our Commis Chefs, which include**:

- 40 hours per week - 5 Single Shifts
- Salary of $24,000.00 plus service charge and paid overtime
- training and development to progress into a Chef de Partie role.
- Every year, including bank holidays, there are 28 days of vacation; this can be increased to a maximum of 33 days (pro-rated).
- We maintain high-quality service that is woven with local cultural wisdom and international know-how.
