Senior Recruitment Consultant

**Responsibilities**:

- **Key Responsibilities**
- Successful placement with a client that leads to repeat business
- Client retention and remaining in frequent contact to Understand clients plans for the year with regards to budgets and recruitment
- Attending visit for new roles and booking in regular “review meetings” with existing clients
- Clear understanding of a business’s Recruitment process, unlocking new contacts
- Providing market information/feedback, Salary benchmarking, Negotiate/maintain sole agency
- Constant, accurate and updated information across CRM system for all client interaction/ contacts/ interviews/ placements.
- Confidently manage interview process from matching/ prep/ interview/ feedback
- Acknowledgement when Business Development is required
- Confident in initial cold call to new business to gain information, leading meetings, sell slots system, and sell sole agency
- Confident in negotiation of fees
- Work with a team to deliver on key assignments
- Opportunities to travel to Europe and North America

- Proven experience in a similar position, working to KPI’s and establishing Leads
