We are recruiting for a female Support Worker to support 4 ladies who share a large bungalow in Armadale.

The ladies we support have faced a lot of challenges in the past because of their learning disabilities, Autism and mental and physical health issues, but this hasn’t stopped them from enjoying life They enjoy lots of activities, including going to zumba, doing arts and crafts, hosting parties and events, shopping, going to day services in the area and eating out.

Our support team are very diverse and work well together to ensure the ladies we support are happy and safe in their own homes. This can include:

- Supporting them with medication
- Cooking
- Assisting with or encouraging the ladies with personal care
- Maintaining the ladies' home and managing their finances

Our team provide support 24 hours a day, so we are looking for some flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including some weekends and waking night shifts on a rota basis. We are looking for a full-time Support Worker and our shift patterns are:

- 7.30am - 3pm
- 2.30pm - 10pm
- 9.45pm - 7.30am (waking night)

Experience in a similar role would be highly desirable, especially if you have supported people in the past with dementia and epilepsy.
