**Ortus Recruitment** is currently looking to fill the position of **Year 1 Teaching Assistant for one of our mainstream primary schools situated in Stonebridge, within the London borough of Brent.** In this role, you will collaborate closely with the classroom teacher, providing support within a general classroom setting. It's important to note that you will be working with a **diverse group of students, including some who have special needs such as Autism, Dyslexia, and ADHD. Y**our role will involve assisting these students, as well as supporting the overall classroom environment to ensure a positive and inclusive learning experience for all.

**What will you be doing?**
- **Running one-to-one and group interventions**:

- Helping the class teacher with preparing the class
- **Managing behaviour**:

- Giving feedback to the class teacher and parents
- Raising attainment within a classroom

**what are the requirements?**
- **3 to 6 months of classroom experience**:

- Some knowledge or experience working with SEN
- Proactive
- **Available Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm**
