**Role Overview**

Trigon Recruitment are recruiting for a well reputed Charity for a Money Management & Employability Tutor covering the Devon and Somerset area. This is an excellent opportunity to help learners gain the skills, confidence and knowledge to make informed financial decisions so people can build financial stability and thrive.

**Role responsibilities**
- Deliver various workshops throughout the Southwest (predominantly Devon and Somerset initially) within agreed frameworks.
- Build on existing, and creating new partnerships with like-minded organisations, educational settings, and businesses, promoting partnership working and ensuring effective service provision for clients and partners.
- Engaging with community groups, educational settings, and businesses to create key relationships, inform of the client’s offer and generate course bookings for both free and fee-paying courses against performance targets.
- Deliver online interactive workshops via Teams / Zoom.
- Deliver courses in a fun, engaging and interactive way to ‘steer’ participants through money management by providing information, tips, and tools to enable effective money management and to help build financial resilience, using prescribed lesson plans and frameworks.
- Work with internal compliance and operations frameworks to ensure participants meet course requirements set by various funders.
- Collect, analyse, and report on the outcomes, impacts and feedback for each course delivered.
- Contact participants (with client permission) 1 month after participating in the courses to collect, analyse and report on behavioural changes as a result of the course.
- Foster, co-ordinate and maintain close working relationships with external agencies, referring and referral agencies and stakeholders. Working in a cooperative and consultative manner, to increase awareness and referrals.
- Assist with the research, development, implementation and integration of group financial capability products and services as required.
- Review and maintain course materials ensuring that information is relevant, up to date and compliant.
- Capture course feedback for continuous improvement process and make recommendations on changes/amendments to course content to ensure it continues to meet the needs of clients.
- Record and maintain detailed and accurate case recording using our on-line case management system, AdvicePro, to support statistical monitoring and evaluation.
- Prepare monthly timesheet accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that social policy issues that affect clients both locally and nationally are identified, evidenced, and reported to the CEO or Social Policy team as required.
- Accurately maintain all project records /reports & etc.
- Comply with the organisations policies and procedures at all times.
- Encourage good teamwork and strong lines of communication between all members of staff including attending and contributing to team meetings.
- To deal with customer enquiries, compliments, and complaints, both internal and external in a responsive and professional manner at all times.
- Attend and contribute to regular supervision job appraisal meetings with the CEO.

**Essential Criteria**
- Teaching Qualification - Level 3 Award in Education and Training or above.
- Proven track record in a similar role/ function.
- Knowledge of Ofsted requirements.
- Fully conversant with systems.
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure with good time management.
- It is essential that you have a commitment to behave in a way that meets the company values and that places the leaner and their wellbeing at the heart of what you do.
- You must hold a full UK driving licence, be a confident and able driver and have access to your own vehicle.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check, provide satisfactory references, and prove their eligibility to work in the UK.

**Salary**: Up to £26,241.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
