**About the Employment Advisor** **role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to work as part of our Employment Team across London with a base across Redbridge and Havering.

You will be supporting people with a learning disability and/or autism into work, supporting people to develop their career goals and employability skills, engaging with employers, and maximising work experience and employment opportunities for people with a learning disability.

You will work closely with our pan-London supported employment team and work together and develop relationships with a range of partners including employers, Job brokerage services across the two boroughs, job centres, local community groups and our social enterprises with a focus on Jacksons Café in Romford.
